Pricing Policy

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Despite our best efforts, some items at our site could be priced incorrectly. Please note that we verify prices as part of our shipping procedures.

• If an item’s correct price is lower than our stated price, we would charge the lower amount and ship you the item.

• If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, ship you the product at the stated price, contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Order Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. PattonFab.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Your order cancellation is completed only after you receive the cancellation confirmation e-mail from us. In case the cancellation is unsuccessful (i.e. we shipped your order before your cancellation notice arrives our shipping department), you would have two choices: 1.. Accept the order and shipment; OR 2. Refuse the shipment (i.e., do not accept delivery from UPS or any other shipping entity we use).  Shipping and handling charges will NOT be refunded. Requesting the cancellation after the order is processed, you authorize us to charge additional Ten dollars ($10) per order to cover our order processing expense and cost.

Payment Policy

We accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, Cashier’s Check and Bank Wires. All credit card require confirmed address verification. WE SHIP TO CONFIRMED ADDRESS ONLY.

We accept company checks or personal checks, but will only ship product when the funds clear. (7 to 10 business days typically)

Shipping Policy

After you provided your shipping address during the online ordering process, the applicable charges for shipping and handling will be displayed. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or any National Holidays. All shipments are subject to stock availability. The time it will take for you to receive your order depends on the product availability, the shipping method and the distance between your confirmed address and our warehouses on the East and West Coast.  If the product is available you would usually receive the shipment within two to seven business days.

All items purchased from Pattonfab.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss, damage and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Warranty Policy

PattonFab.com offers a limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship for products we sell. If the Product Doesn’t fit see Return Merchandise Policy

Return Merchandise Policy

To return any merchandise to PattonFab.com (regardless of the reason for the return), you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To obtain an RMA number, simply send an email to Orders@PattonFab.com. with the following information:

1. Invoice/order confirmation #

2. Customer

3. Quantity

4. Product Model

5. Problem description

We will email you the approved RMA # after reviewing your request. Please send back the RMA Product(s) along with the RMA# on the package with a copy of the relevant invoices. All returns are subject to prior approval. Please Note: Products received without a RMA number may cause a delay in processing the RMA. We reserve the right to refuse or return any products we receive that do not have a RMA number.
